What to expect

  1. If we mutually agree after a phone interview HRI is a good fit for your project, I bring hardware finish samples to select.

  2. I perform a measure that serves as a basis for product selection and proposal/quote. See Pricing & Terms.

  3. Once quote is accepted a deposit is collected and order is placed/shipped to HRI.

  4. We schedule your installation appointment. Remaining balance is collected for product and installation.

What to expect

  1. You book a measure or installation and complete our intake form to ensure a successful project. You receive an automatic email of your requested appointment time/duration.
    Note: Appointments are TENTATIVE until reviewed and confirmed by HRI.

  2. We review appointment details for completion and clarity, ensure enough travel time to the job/pickup, and that job scope meets the selected duration.
    If yes: We convert the appointment from tentative to CONFIRMED; you receive another automatic email with “Appointment Confirmed” in the Subject line.
    If no: Tentative request stays on our calendar. We contact you via email or phone to work out the details. If we need more travel time to get to you, we may move your requested start time ahead by 30 minutes. Be sure to wait for the next email confirmation before adding to your calendar.

  3. Automatic appointment reminders are sent via email after your initial confirmation 48, 18 and 1 hour before your scheduled time.

  4. Randy will call on his way to your appointment to confirm his arrival time.
