when are you available?

Our interactive calendars reflect real-time availability for the appointment type & duration selected. Since most of our clients & designers self-book, availability is fluid. The best way to check our availability is to request an appointment online.

How Much Time should i schedule?

Our booking system for installations provides examples of how much work can be done in (1, 2, 3… 8-hour) blocks of time. If you’re still unsure, it’s better to select a little more time than you think you need than less to ensure we can complete all the work on the day you want.

Do i need to be present for installation?

Clients: The short answer is no. There are some types of installations that are cut & dry for us (i.e. shades) and others that require on-site quick decisions. We ask that you be available at least by phone during your appointment in case we need to run something by you. Please know that if we cannot reach you during the appointment and a decision prevents us from completing the work that we may have to reschedule a follow-up at your cost.

As long as we have access to the home/business, you can trust that we’ll treat your space & project as we would our own.

Designers/Trade: If the client is present, then no. Many of our designers & trade partners pass the baton off to us but choose to soft-transfer by scheduling with us on behalf of their client or we can schedule with the client directly.

I made an appointment for 1pm. Does that mean you’ll show up at 3pm?

No - we value your time as much as ours! We aim to be as precise with our arrival times as possible; that said, it’s more craft than science so we ask that you account for a 30-minute swing either before or after your start time. You can expect a 30-60 minute lead call or text from us the day of your appointment to confirm our arrival time (... that way you'll know when you can quietly duck out of that meeting).

My first choice for appointment wasn’t available. Can you call me if an earlier appointment becomes available?

Sorry, but no. There’s simply no fair and sane way for us to keep track of an appointment wait list of this nature.
